With summer vacations at an end and all the kiddos back in school, it’s time for me to set some goals for (finally) getting much of our decor to tie in with our new paint colors. (I know this is backwards…but this is how we roll.) I have a VERY long list, but these are the top priorities (with an occasional diversionary craft tossed in for good measure).
In no particular order, this is what’s coming soon(ish) on Dust and Doghair:
Kitchen…repainted in Benjamin Moore’s beautiful Oxford Grey, our kitchen windows need new treatments. I want to get out of our country rut and update things a bit…here are my fabric finalists:
I also plan to recover these much beloved chairs…
in something fun like this two-fabric style.
Also on the list:
MBR – Finish my MBR makeover/update.
Older daughter’s room needs a closet revamp, window treatments, and memo board (craft project).
And I have a date with this nightmare waiting for me in the garage. (I picked it up this summer at a Barn Sale.)
There’s (lots) more…but these are at the top of the list. Now…where to start?
